SCC User Evidence Form Assistance
The Surrey County Council User Evidence Form is a critical part of our application for a Right of Way. To support the application it's essential that we have as many people as possible complete the form based on their experience. Below are some example answers for specific questions which you may find helpful.

Section 2: About the Application Route
The form ask for the OS grid references for the route. They are:

School End: TQ 269 496

Chart Lane End: TQ 264 495
Section 3: Your Use of the Application Route
Question 7: Our application will be for a bye way and therefore we're looking for evidence that you've used the route by car.

Question 10: We've measured the road in three places and it is between 7.2m - 7.5m.

Question 14: The signage on the road states that it is a "Private Road" but there is no reference to a right of way on the section in question.
